I will be the trusted partner that can help you show up, stand out, and break through the MBA application process. My goal is to help you articulate what makes you unique, going beyond your GPA and GMAT scores, to demonstrate how your presence will positively contribute to the MBA classroom. I will do this by helping you weave a compelling and cohesive narrative across the various components of your application: (1) Providing guidance on how to showcase your work experiences and trajectory, professional certifications, and extracurricular involvement, (2) Developing a strategy for your letters of recommendation, personal statement, and optional essay, and (3) Offering tips for networking, your interview, and the waitlist or deferral strategy (if applicable). How we'll work together: I start by kicking off with a comprehensive brag sheet and a ~2 hour kickoff meeting to create a personal roadmap for our work together. Then, we dive into your resume revamp, discuss your short-term career goals, develop your recommender prep packages, and work on your essay (including up to 4 revisions). I will help you with your data forms (the actual application) and will conduct one mock interview (regardless of how many schools we're working on together). I'm always here to assist with general questions that will naturally arise throughout the process.

MBA Deferred Admit to Wharton Business School, MIT Sloan, and Yale SOM. My university is a non-target school for top graduate programs with around a ~67.6% admission rate and an unranked business school by USNews. The total student population of CSUF's business college is around 9,000+, and I was successful in differentiating myself and being the very first deferred MBA admit out of my university. I have had experience coaching/tutoring friends and family for years and love helping others through the platform Leland has built! I was also admitted to Wharton / Lauder program on half scholarship (Joseph Wharton fellowship + Lauder fellowship) along with a full-tuition scholarship offer from Darden. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I spent 2 years as a Senior Associate at L.E.K. Consulting and two years as a Middle School Teacher with Teach For America Hawaii.
