I am an Integral Coaching. What this means is, I work with my clients at the level of the “root cause.” So instead of just being focused on the What and How, we go deep on the Who and it's through that lens we make progress together. I support my clients to connect more fully to their overall life purpose and trajectory, while taking steps to resolve whatever is the most pressing need or opportunity. In addition, I: - View each of my clients as an integrated whole: one who is shaped by their history, circumstances, relationships, and environment - Support my clients in living in a more integrated way: bringing our full selves to every part of life, opening up possibilities, driving sustainable change, and experiencing more fulfillment as a result - Believe development happens not only through insight but through integrating those insights into our bodies with practices, including meditation and movement This approach is based on my training with the New Ventures West Integral Coaching methodology that integrates teachings of many movements, traditions, fields of study, and people.
