I'm a former undergraduate admissions officer at BYU, a former Assoc. Director of the MBA program at UC Irvine, and a full-time college prep coach.

I have had 4 years of admissions coaching with both domestic and international students. Prior to coaching, I had 4 years of graduate admissions experience as a recruiter, director and regional director of admissions for multiple universities. I have helped students to achieve their goal of receiving acceptances at elite universities and private institutions such as Brigham Young University.

As a former Harvard Admissions Officer, Berkeley Application Reader, College Counselor (at a top 5 independent school in the US), and a Coca-Cola Scholar Application Reader, I have read 1000s of applications and helped 100s of students through the admissions process.

With over a decade of admissions experience, Skyler has read and rendered admissions decisions for some of the most competitive academic programs in the world. Skyler previously served as associate director of admissions at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and assistant director of undergraduate admissions at Northwestern University, where he also received a Master’s in Higher Education Administration and Policy with an emphasis on college admissions. Skyler has extensive experience in admissions consulting as well, taking a personal approach to advising and supporting students as they navigate the college admissions process. Skyler has successfully helped hundreds of students get admitted to schools such as Yale, MIT, Berkeley, USC, Northwestern University, and more! Skyler is also passionate about college access, and from Adams Admissions Consulting’s inception, supporting low-income, first-generation students has always been core to the company’s mission. Skyler serves as a board member for the college access nonprofit, Green Halo Scholars where he supports the organization's efforts in supporting first-generation college students.

Revant graduated with honors from Dartmouth College, where he double majored in Economics and Japanese. Coming from a public high school in Texas—far from the traditional Ivy League feeder pipeline—he understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities faced by students from non-target backgrounds in the admissions process. His experience navigating this path has equipped him with a clear understanding of what makes an application stand out, particularly for students without access to elite college counseling. Revant works with mentees to craft authentic, well-structured narratives that highlight both academic strengths and personal growth, while offering practical, honest feedback at every stage of the process.
