With two years as an Analyst at Moelis & Company, I bring a deep understanding of the demands and nuances of investment banking. As one of the first University of Georgia students to work at Moelis, I gained unique insights into breaking into competitive roles from non-traditional starting points. At Moelis, I led a financial literacy program educating NY area universities on accounting and valuation fundamentals. I also closely supported recruiting, leading the screening process for non-core candidates. My passion for mentorship stems from my own journey, including serving as the Head of the Investment Banking Training Program at UGA (the Corsair Society). In this role, I trained and mentored 32 candidates who secured IB roles in major financial hubs such as NYC, Boston, Atlanta, SF, and Charlotte.

I am a Harvard MBA with Honors and was accepted out of UChicago as a 2+2 admit to HBS. I worked at Morgan Stanley out of college in the analyst program and became a Partner (Managing Director) for many years. I have coached investment banking for over a decade, and while I am new to Leland, I have coached over 1,000 candidates (I call them "coachees") into virtually all of the major investment banks, private equity, and venture capital firms. I coach internships and full time recruiting for undergraduates (from both target and non-target schools!), MBA recruiting, and also lateral candidates - transitioning from investment banking to private equity, for example, and on-cycle recruiting. My focus is on marketing collateral (resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn review), conducting outreach (using handshake and LinkedIn to reach recruiters), coaching behaviorals and technicals, and mock interviewing.
