Why do I coach?
I've worked with a coach at many key moments in my career from exploring career options after college, finding my first job, going back to graduate school, career pivots, and becoming a manager and executive leader. I found that having a coach in my corner was a very positive and transformative process. I strive to create a similar experience for each of my clients. Coaching is a natural extension of my collaborative leadership style. I first studied coaching skills as part of my own leadership development to enhance my ability to lead and inspire others to do their best work. I became a professional coach to bring my years of experience to empower others and help them find the clarity and energy needed to make positive change in the world, without sacrificing personal well-being.
