Are you reading to take the first step in repairing your relationship with food but are nervous about starting, unclear how to support yourself, and not sure what to do? Making sustainable behavior change around anything can be extremely difficult - let alone food and eating. Together, we'll focus on cultivating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle practices, creating health-oriented goals, and incorporating balance into both your physical body and mental health. This program is designed to provide you with the support necessary to implement health behavior change recommendations into everyday life. Through this semi-structured 8-week program, you will receive guidance on how to thrive while recovering from disordered eating, as well as gain practical tools to overcome the obstacles disrupting your relationship with food, body, and self. You will gain a deep understanding of what adequate nutrition and health look and feel like by gaining science-backed strategies to heal wholely - no fads, just facts. What’s Included: Weekly 1:1 coaching (40-minute sessions) Personalized action plans and resources to address nutrition and symptom management Unlimited chat and email support for accountability and guidance Techniques for managing emotions, improving nutritional foundation, and building confidence to navigate self-managed healthcare
