Coaches professionally

Welcome to my profile! With experience across academic advising, college interviewing, execution of pre-college passion projects, letter of recommendation writing, and what it takes to standout in a sea of people, I bring a wealth of experience in education and student success. I have a 100% success rate for helping get students into Stanford when I start working with them by sophomore year. During my time at Stanford, I was a three-time Academic All-American and captain of the Stanford Equestrian Team, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and leadership. Professionally, I've worked as an Operations and Product Manager at Curious Cardinals and as a special education advocate at the Center for Developing Minds, where I developed programs and executed sales to support students with educational disabilities. My background in data science and consulting further equips me to provide tailored, data-driven strategies to help you navigate the college admissions process. Let's work together to achieve your academic goals! Reach out to get started.

About Caitlyn

College Consulting My take on college consulting provides personalized guidance to help students navigate the admissions process, from selecting schools to crafting standout applications. It’s about identifying a student’s unique strengths, helping them build a competitive profile, and supporting them in telling their story authentically. With insights into the latest admissions trends and one-on-one mentorship, college consulting aims to make applying to college less stressful and more strategic, empowering students to achieve their academic dreams. I prefer to get students as early as possible, so we can work together on the execution of the activities page for the college application. It's a holistic 0 to 1 approach, and I pride myself on my relationship building. Product Management I have successfully pivoted into product management from education. I currently work in edtech in product management and operations, and I am passionate about helping people pivot into PM from non-traditional backgrounds. I can provide coaching for product management, resume reviews, case interview prep, and even craft a personal project for your portfolio. Neurodiversity and Executive Functioning I am a seasoned executive functioning expert that has worked across research, clinical, school, and workplace settings for over 5 years. A former Stanford researcher, I specialize in learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and OCD in the work place and in college admissions. I have worked with over 800+ people for school and work placement, focusing on building coping skills in the realms of time management, metacognition, planning and prioritizing, and organization. I help people get accommodations, whether it be at work and school, and previously headed a legal advocacy clinic for students with disabilities. Some success stories include students engaging with hard drugs, alcohol, unprotected sex, and ADHD successfully getting into their dream school after one year of intervention, in addition to adults struggling with internet addiction and executive dysfunction landing their dream job in a FAANG company.

Why do I coach?

I coach because as a first-gen low-income student at Stanford, I pursued my passions without any plans for trying to figure out my future. I thought that that by simply getting good grades, everything would fall into place. I have made considerable efforts to rebuild my network, and hone my craft. I am so proud to help the demographic I do navigate their life dreams. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing success after struggles.
