Works at U.S. Soccer
Before joining U.S. Soccer, I began my career at Boston Consulting Group as an associate in Dallas, Texas. While at BCG, I had the opportunity to support clients across diverse projects, including early education strategy, non-profit management, post-merger integration, and digital transformation. These experiences helped me build a versatile skill set and a broad perspective on problem-solving, which I’ve carried with me throughout my career.
Later, in New York City, I joined Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique social sector consulting firm, where I worked with major philanthropic funders. My projects ranged from refreshing comprehensive programs to conducting grantee impact evaluations, allowing me to understand the nuances of organizational strategy and the importance of creating measurable impact.
Since joining U.S. Soccer, I’ve worked closely with federation leadership on several transformative initiatives. These include developing the Soccer Forward Foundation, the centerpiece of the 2026 World Cup legacy campaign, and launching the first annual Sports Career Summit, a workforce development initiative in partnership with the Coca-Cola Foundation. These experiences have deepened my understanding of career pathways in the sports industry and the skills early professionals need to succeed.
As someone who has navigated the early stages of my career across consulting, philanthropy, and sports, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with building a career in dynamic and competitive fields. My varied experiences have taught me the importance of adaptability, relationship-building, and intentional career planning—skills I am passionate about helping others develop.
I’m deeply motivated to support early professionals in identifying their strengths, clarifying their goals, and building the confidence to pursue fulfilling careers. My journey has shown me that varied experiences can be an asset, and I’m excited to help others turn theirs into a foundation for success.
