Developed and implemented recruitment strategies for entry-level roles across NBC Sports Group. Led the Sports DEI Strategy, building partnerships with campus career centers and diversity organizations through sourcing and networking initiatives. Collaborated with early career teams to increase intern-to-full-time conversion rates and managed the full-cycle hiring process for the Sports Early Career Rotational Program and mid-level roles.

Campus Recruiter, Campus2Career – Olympics

Led 2016 Rio Olympics Internship Program full-cycle hiring process. Partnered with recruiting leadership and NBC Sports & Olympics executives to drive hiring decisions. Facilitated 10+ workshops for 175+ interns and conducted 60+ career coaching sessions to support professional development.

Associate Producer

Lead Graphics AP for studio shows including Football Night In America and the 2014 Sochi Olympics Primetime and Late-Night studio shows. Partnered with the Producer, Director, several teams including the Technical, Marketing and Sales teams, and external partners to coordinate all on-air graphic and sponsor animations for chyron, tape and the studio set. Managed features, tape packages and replays as the Tape AP for 2014 Triple Crown Series, College Basketball and Summer Dew Tour. Timing Associate Director for the French Open, College Basketball, Triple Crown Undercard and World Series of Beach Volleyball and managed all timing aspects of on-air shows.

Graphics Production Associate

Lead Graphics PA for studio and remote shows including 2012 London Olympics Primetime and Late-Night studio shows, Football Night in America, Triple Crown series, French Open and more. Trained and supervised 10+ Production Assistants assigned to graphics on studio and remote shows.

In-House Production Associate

Responsible for assisting Executive Producer of Sports, Director of Program Services and Production Department, logged & transcribed tapes, prepared clip reels, digitized footage, supervised loggers and assisted Football Night In America while overseeing daily assignments and projects for 4 department interns.
