About Celia (Yuting)

As a McKinsey Engagement Manager, I actively interview candidates for both campus recruiting and experienced hire roles. My path here included driving product management at Amazon and building AI solutions at Polyverse AI, so I have experience helping people break into both management consulting and product management in the tech industry. I also earned my Harvard MBA in 2023 and have experience coaching MBA candidates to get into M7 schools in the US.

I'm passionate about helping others navigate management consulting and tech product management recruitment because I understand both the technical and behavioral aspects that make candidates successful.
