About Celia (Yuting)

As a McKinsey Engagement Manager, I actively interview candidates for both campus recruiting and experienced hire roles. My path here included driving product management at Amazon and building AI solutions at Polyverse AI, so I have experience helping people break into both management consulting and product management in the tech industry. I also earned my Harvard MBA in 2023 and have experience coaching MBA candidates to get into M7 schools in the US.

Why do I coach?

I'm passionate about helping others navigate management consulting and tech product management recruitment because I understand both the technical and behavioral aspects that make candidates successful. I've conducted 100+ interviews and have experience coaching candidates through MBA applications to secure offers at top programs. I love seeing candidates land their dream roles and MBA acceptances through focused preparation and authentic storytelling.
