Seasoned exec in high growth start-ups (Turo, Outschool) and ex-Bain consultant. As a coach, I have two goals. First, I've built, run and scaled teams many times over. I've learned the hard way how to run high performing teams. If you're a new manager, director or VP looking to get a take on how to up level team performance, I'm here to help. Second, I've secured jobs at many different start-ups and have a perspective on how you can pick a good start-up to work at, get interviews and get offers. Why do I coach?
I was a teacher and helped start a run in the first part of my career. I love helping others grow, learn and thrive. I also benefited from coaching myself.
