My whole-person career development package focuses on you; helping you develop yourself and your career side-by-side. Instead of just hammering out the details on a resume/cover letter or preparing for opportunities in your current role, we'll start with better understanding your leadership, communication style and long-term goals and work to grow in a way that's sustainable and effective. How? We'll start with a full assessment of you -- the aspects of your career and life, your values, and a workstyles assessment. Already done some work in these areas by yourself or through your company? Great. We'll dive deeper. Then, we'll identify 3-5 main development areas and create objectives for each. During our coaching sessions, we'll work towards each objective by applying your real-world experience through a coaching lens. At every session, you'll leave with an action step to make progress on your career goals.
