Hi there, I'm Rachel. Thanks for reading my bio - it's a pleasure to meet you! I moved to the USA from England in 2009 and brought with me a decade of Talent leadership experience, coupled with years of study of Organizational Development. Over the past 15 years in the USA specifically, I've led Talent Acquisition functions and teams for start-ups and multi $billion global companies in the retail, ecommerce and tech industries. This has resulted in elevated operational effectiveness and the hiring of thousands of talented people!
