Package Description:
Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships, managing teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively, and building resilience. This coaching package starts off with the emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment EQi 2.0. You'll receive a comprehensive report describing how your EQ competencies work together for effectiveness. Informed by your EQ assessment, we'll identify what goals you'd like to set for yourself to continue to grow your effectiveness in your career. This package includes up to eight one-hour coaching sessions to be scheduled over a six-month time frame to support you with goal attainment.
