About Kerry
With over 20 years of experience in global HR leadership, I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow. I spent much of my corporate career partnering with executives to develop talent, lead teams through change, and support individuals as they stepped into bigger roles or new directions. What I loved most was the one-on-one connection: being a sounding board, a guide, and sometimes just someone who truly got it. Outside of work, I’m a mom, spouse, and an involved community member. These roles have shaped how I show up—with empathy, flexibility, and real respect for the complexities of life and leadership. I’ve navigated my own career pivots by staying grounded in my values and strengths, and I love helping others do the same. My approach to coaching is personal, strategic, and encouraging—I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, and a path that feels right for you
Why do I coach?
Hope is why I coach. It is so easy to get stuck in the “muck” of life, especially in our careers or unexpected set backs, and we need help getting ourselves back to who we are, living in alignment with our values and believing in ourselves again. Coaching is a way for my clients to take steps in the direction that they want to go. It requires time, effort, patience, openness and vulnerability, yet can help move you on your path. My clients often say that I help them grow, see things from a different point of view and start to believe more in themselves and their possibilities.
