Overview: The "From Good Girl to Badass" program is an empowering journey for women designed to help you break free from societal conditioning, step into your authentic self, and live a life aligned with your true values and strengths. Through three transformative workshops, you’ll gain the self-awareness, confidence, and tools to step fully into your power and live with purpose. The Program consists of three Transformative Interactive Workshops. In each session, you’ll learn through a mix of coaching, reflection, and actionable exercises. You’ll explore topics such as overcoming self-sabotage, developing empowering mindsets, and building courage and confidence. The workshops will help you reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate the bold, unapologetic “badass” within. 1) Workshop I: What Is Holding Us Back? Understand the “Good Girl” archetype and how it manifests through conditioning and self-sabotage (e.g., imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and people-pleasing). Gain insight into the limiting beliefs that are holding you back and keeping you from stepping into your full power. 2) Workshop II: Transforming Ourselves Explore self-care and self-love practices that support your well-being and help you cultivate resilience and balance. Develop empowering mindsets and learn mindfulness techniques to reprogram your thoughts and reinforce positive beliefs. 3) Workshop III: Being a Badass Step into the “badass” version of yourself by cultivating courage, confidence, and self-assuredness. Learn to face and manage your fears, paving the way to create an extraordinary life that aligns with your true passions, values, and goals. Throughout the program, you’ll receive curated resources, including journaling prompts, reflection exercises, and mindfulness practices that reinforce each workshop’s themes. These tools will support your self-discovery and help you solidify new habits and mindsets.
