I use powerful questions and reflective exercises to guide you toward clarity and action, all while holding space for your truth. Between sessions, I’ll check in via email or text (your choice) to offer support, celebrate wins, or keep you on track with a gentle nudge. These touchpoints reflect my commitment to being your partner, not just your coach. I’m there for the messy moments and the breakthroughs, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) passionate about guiding high achievers like you - people who’ve checked the boxes of success but feel stuck or like something’s missing. My mission is to help you rediscover your spark, build a deeper connection with yourself and those around you, and channel your drive into a life that feels authentic, vibrant, and deeply fulfilling. My path to coaching started in a world that looked successful from the outside - a degree from MIT, a strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, a decade of corporate achievements. And yet I felt like I was running on a treadmill that I couldn't remember stepping onto. I saw it in others too - brilliant individuals who felt stuck or unfulfilled despite their sparkling resumes. That dissonance lit a fire in me to do something different, something real. Coaching became my way to bridge that gap. I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, the leading global coach training organization, learning to listen deeply and ask the questions that cut through the noise. And I founded Vibrant Ventures Coaching to pursue this calling. I specialize in helping high achievers who feel disconnected despite their successes - whether it’s in your career, relationships, or sense of self. My coaching isn’t about chasing more goals or fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about peeling back the layers to reveal the vibrant, authentic you that’s been there all along.
