And yet I felt like I was running on a treadmill that I couldn't remember stepping onto. I saw it in others too - brilliant individuals who felt stuck or unfulfilled despite their sparkling resumes. That dissonance lit a fire in me to do something different, something real. Coaching became my way to bridge that gap. I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, the leading global coach training organization, learning to listen deeply and ask the questions that cut through the noise. And I founded Vibrant Ventures Coaching to pursue this calling.
