We kick off with a 90-minute strategy call on Zoom (recorded for your team). From there, we meet once a week for focused 45-minute working sessions where we review progress, pressure-test messaging, and assign next-step actions. Between calls you’ll have unlimited Slack/text access to me for quick questions, copy tweaks, and Loom walk-throughs. I share drafts in Google Docs, build the KPI dashboard in Sheets, and host all assets in a shared workspace so you always see work in flight. My style is founder-friendly but rigorously data-driven: think McKinsey structure with operator pragmatism. We set a clear weekly goal, measure what matters, and ship assets you can use the same day (email templates, call scripts, account tiers, KPI tracker). I help B2B SaaS startups scale beyond founder-led sales.
