We kick off with a 90-minute strategy call on Zoom (recorded for your team). From there, we meet once a week for focused 45-minute working sessions where we review progress, pressure-test messaging, and assign next-step actions. Between calls you’ll have unlimited Slack/text access to me for quick questions, copy tweaks, and Loom walk-throughs. I share drafts in Google Docs, build the KPI dashboard in Sheets, and host all assets in a shared workspace so you always see work in flight. My style is founder-friendly but rigorously data-driven: think McKinsey structure with operator pragmatism. We set a clear weekly goal, measure what matters, and ship assets you can use the same day (email templates, call scripts, account tiers, KPI tracker). You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what to do, why it matters, and how to execute—no fluff, no generic advice, just repeatable outbound you can run or hand to your first sales hire.
