Taking the leap to apply for your dream role at a tech company can be both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. Together, through my 5-hour Land The Interview coaching package, we will craft a recruiting strategy that will highlight your unique strengths and set you apart from other applicants. In this package, we will cover: 1. Finding the Right Roles: We will create a targeted list of companies and roles that align with your goals and skillset. We will deep dive into how to analyze the job description and understand the company culture. 2. Roadmapping Interview Timelines: We will develop a clear roadmap and timeline for each role and company that you are interested in. I will also provide you with a spreadsheet to track your target companies, job applications, and stage of conversations. 3. Developing a Networking Strategy: I will provide you with tried-and-true networking strategies to connect with hiring managers + recruiters. This helps candidates to get to the "top of the pile" and more likely to secure that initial interview. As part of this, I will send you a template I have curated for cold outreach and a document of questions to ask while in informational interviews. 4. Refining Resume and LinkedIn Profile: For up to 3 review cycles, I will help you refine your resume and LinkedIn profile to ensure you are shining as a candidate. We will do a deep dive into your resume through live reviews and async comments. I will also provide you with my resume templates / tips which have helped people land 20+ interviews for major tech companies (including LinkedIn, Facebook, DraftKings, and more). My goal at the end of these 5 sessions is for us to have developed an outstanding candidate profile and recruitment approach to land the interview at your dream role - Let’s do it!
