Now, as you prepare to showcase your skills and personality, I offer a comprehensive 3-hour Acing The Interview coaching package that provides strategies to navigate each step of the interview process with confidence and finesse, securing your place as the ideal candidate for the role. In this package, we will cover: 1. Crash Course on Behavioral and Case Interview: We’ll go over interview basics, best practices, and tried-and-true strategies to stand out in both the case and the behavioral interview. I will provide you with my Interview Guide for both behavioral and case interviews. You will leave this topic with a clear framework of your professional experiences plus case interview best practices and tips based on my own learnings from interviews I have conducted at LinkedIn and Deloitte. 2. Mock Behavioral Interview: We’ll simulate a thorough, intricate behavioral interview focused on your professional history. We will leverage the STAR method for these responses in addition to a framework on how to apply your most important and impactful experiences to a variety of questions. 3. Mock Case Interview: We will also simulate a full, live case interview where I will then provide a personalized feedback debrief. I have been an interviewer at both Deloitte and LinkedIn and will conduct the case interview in the same way to those interview processes.
