These coaching sessions are meant to help you address and resolve issues, construct strategies to implement, and take action that returns REAL results. As a coach my goal is to help guide you to answers that will seem obvious when they surface. This is because you already know and have what you need to get what you want as a leader. Because this is true, you will drive these sessions, and I will be by your side to ask powerful questions that help you unearth truths that will be invaluable to you. By the end of the engagement, you will have made significant progress in the areas of focus. This will mean that your credibility and confidence as a leader will increase, both in your own eyes and the eyes of the people around you.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

We'll meet virtually every 7-10 days for a 60-minute coaching call. I'll use an Active Inquiry approach to help you navigate your situation, your perceptions, and set a course for where you want to go. During the engagement, I will be available to you when you need me to help you adjust on the fly, practice accountability, and celebrate successes. Message me any time!

What we agree on: - we arrive on time to scheduled sessions - we come prepared, having completed any pre-work that we agreed to do - the client is coachable and open to think and take action, and the coach is coachable and open to feedback - because all progress will depend on the client's effort and focus, the client is primarily responsible to achieve the desired outcomes - If the client sees value with the coaching relationship, the client agrees to leave a positive review for Brian and make personal introductions to others who may benefit from coaching
