Package Description:
This package is about developing insights and intentions, then practically applying them week to week with the support of coaching. We will work together to identify the obstacles in your life, then develop a plan to help you turn towards those obstacles to overcome them. Sessions are flexible and will include: - Reflection exercises: helping you to identify where you are at your best, what gives you energy and drains your energy, and what, if anything, is holding you back - Personal values exercises: review and prioritization of personal values, with reflection on how active behaviors are aligned or misaligned with stated values - Goal setting: short and long-term goal setting in alignment with reflections and values prioritization
