About Yoshana
As a first-generation law student from Atlanta and a proud graduate of Albany State University, a historically Black college, I know the journey to law school can be both exciting and challenging—especially without a clear roadmap. I was drawn to law because I wanted to make a positive difference in my community, and I believe that more voices from diverse backgrounds are needed in the legal field. Coaching first-generation law students is deeply personal for me; I understand the hurdles, the doubts, and the drive to succeed against the odds. I’m here to guide you through the application process, help you navigate each step, and support you in reaching your goals with confidence. Let’s make your law school dream a reality—because your voice and vision are needed.
Why do I coach?
Coaching gives me the opportunity to make a real impact in someone’s life, whether it’s through refining their application, building their confidence, or helping them navigate the demands of law school. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that I can provide the mentorship and support I had when applying to law schools, and in doing so, help others achieve their dreams of becoming successful lawyers.
