Structured Milestones with Flexibility You’ll have a clear roadmap from the beginning—covering goals, school list, branding, essays, and submission—but we can adapt it based on your pace, work schedule, or specific needs (i.e., whether you're applying to 3 or 7 schools). 3. Live + Asynchronous Hybrid Model Live Coaching Sessions: Used for high-value strategy work—career goals, school fit, story development, and essay reviews. Asynchronous Feedback (ongoing): You’ll receive in-depth, written feedback on essays, resumes, and application components in between sessions. Turnaround is typically 2–3 business days, ensuring steady momentum. 4. Clear, Actionable Feedback I don’t just highlight what’s working—I explain why it matters and how to improve. You’ll get direct, encouraging, and honest feedback that pushes you to go deeper while maintaining your authentic voice. 5. Organization & Responsiveness All documents, feedback, and resources are housed in a shared Google Drive or OneDrive (per preference). You’ll always know what’s next and where things stand.
