Asynchronous Resume Feedback (4-8 Hours) First Draft Review: After our initial session, you’ll update your resume based on our discussion and send it to me for a detailed review. I’ll provide written, actionable feedback for each section, focusing on alignment with tech roles. Up to 3 Feedback Rounds: We’ll go back and forth up to three times, allowing you to make adjustments and ensuring your resume meets recruiter expectations. 3. LinkedIn Optimization (2-6 Hours, Mixed) Profile Overhaul: I’ll guide you through updating your LinkedIn profile, focusing on keywords, accomplishments, and brand consistency for tech recruiters. We’ll schedule one live session to review your profile and discuss improvements in real-time. Additional asynchronous feedback will help you fine-tune each section as you make updates. 4. Final Review & Next Steps (1-2 Hours, Live) Once we’ve completed the resume and LinkedIn transformations, we’ll have a final live session to review both. We’ll discuss any remaining questions you may have and outline personalized next steps for your job search. I’ll also provide tips on maximizing your online visibility and job application strategy. 5. Ongoing Support (Remaining Hours as Needed) You’ll have access to additional check-ins and feedback, ensuring you’re fully prepared and confident as you apply for roles.
