About Tracy
I am an ICF-Certified Career Development Coach and seasoned recruiter with over 20 years of experience hiring for companies like Apple and Accenture. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, which has deepened my passion for connecting people with opportunities and fostering career growth. Throughout my career, I’ve recruited for roles in marketing, finance, accounting, project management, logistics, data science, and business intelligence. Over the past decade, I’ve also coached mid to senior-level professionals from leading companies such as Facebook, Google, Apple, and Instacart, helping them grow in their careers and leadership journeys. Beyond strategy and career growth, I emphasize the importance of mental wellness in the job search and workplace. Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because it’s more than just helping people land jobs—it’s about transformation. I love seeing the “aha” moments when a client realizes their worth, negotiates a salary they didn’t think was possible, or lands a role that aligns with their strengths and passions. Mental wellness is also at the heart of why coaching matters to me. I understand that job searching, career growth, and leadership challenges can be stressful and emotionally draining.
