Here is a basic template for how I will help you land that dream job. This can be customized to your needs. - Step 1: Together we'll identify your short term and long term goals, and then create an actionable development plan. - Step 2: Begin regular 1:1's where we work together on customized development plan. For the 1:1's choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. - Step 3: Do quarterly deep-dives into what's working vs not working. Make tweaks to the development plan. Example aspects of a career development plan: - Interview/resume prep (+how to get companies to reach out to YOU) - Crafting a powerful niche, skill development, growing your personal brand, etc. - Salary/equity negotiations - Networking IRL: How to leverage your natural strengths and personality (i.e. rather than just defaulting to awkward networking events) - Crush your performance reviews: For example, I can do preemptive 360 interviews with your team members so that you're always one step ahead with performance reviews - Mastering the intangibles: mindset, routines, overcoming adversity, etc. - Crisis management: Every marketer experiences unexpected career emergencies. I will help you through this. - Navigating career pivots: Again, most marketers experience a major pivot at some point. Let's build a plan for this.
