Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how powerful the right guidance can be. Mentors shaped my own path, helping me navigate law school, career choices, and the challenges in between. I’ve carried that forward by mentoring law students, guiding applicants through competitive admissions, and teaching skills that build confidence and open doors. My goal is to be the strategist and sounding board to help you reach your next step.

• Represented Canva in tender offer transactions, working directly with Goldman Sachs’ investment team to coordinate investment from large institutional funds • Acted as external counsel for prominent VC across several deals and accelerator programs, conducting legal diligence and advising on 20+ investments via SAFEs and other venture financings instruments • Reviewed and analyzed high profile transactions for antitrust concerns and advised clients on FTC risk • Co-led pro bono efforts for DC Housing cases with Children’s Law Center; volunteer with DC Small Business Clinic
