10+ people coached for Career Development

I am a certified professional coach with a diverse business background. I derive joy from deeply connecting with individuals and helping them thrive professionally. I especially love helping people 1) discover work that they are passionate about and 2) build their confidence. I have 10 years of experience in people management, program management and management consulting. My most recent corporate role was leading a team of over 100 in the Live Operations department at Glovo, a tech company based in Barcelona specializing in food delivery. My team was responsible for ensuring problem-solving for our customers, couriers, and partners (restaurants & stores) in Georgia and Armenia. My favorite aspects of the job were people management and coaching. In parallel, I taught Change Management at the #1 business school in Georgia and I loved it. Before Glovo I spent 4 years at Amazon between Seattle and London. As a go-to-market manager, I successfully launched Amazon's over 50 new devices with European retailers. I brought structure to a hectic launch preparation process and promoted accountability among team members. I managed stakeholders with conflicting interests to get them to focus on common goals and achieve them together. I also facilitated Customer Obsession 101 trainings to reinforce Amazon UK’s customer-centric culture and I loved it! I hold an MBA degree from Georgetown University, where I graduated in the top 8% of my class on a Fulbright scholarship. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked for nearly five years in management consulting where I honed my analytical, quick learning and presentation skills.

About Tamuna

I am a certified professional coach with a diverse business background. I derive joy from deeply connecting with individuals and helping them thrive professionally. In previous life I spent 10 years working in corporate world (Amazon and Glovo) and consulting before that. I'm an MBA and I've been both a people manager (team of over 100 people) and an IC (program manager). I am currently based in Seattle. Originally I'm from Tbilisi, Georgia and I've spent years living in London, Washington, D.C. and Seattle working with people from all over the world.

Why do I coach?

I've worked in different areas but my favorite part has long been helping people thrive. Every session where I see a lighbulb moment in my coachee's eyes feels so rewarding. That's why I do what I do. There are two areas I most enjoy coaching in: 1. Career coaching: When I was making education and career decisions I more or less went with the flow. Looking back I wish I had had a thought partner to help me think through what I really wanted, what I'd enjoy. I aim to be that person for my clients. 2. Confidence: I love helping people become more confident at workplace, notice what get's in the way and overcome that imposter syndrome.
