As someone who has pivoted from construction to management consulting to Private Equity/VC, I will bring forth a lot of the things that helped me along the way. Additionally as someone that has worked on both sides of the private markets business I can offer the latest coaching tip and considerations as you consider the pivot. Last but not least you can expect me to be kind, honest, and transparent. I would expect the same from my clients.
1. Scope of Service • This package is for career exploration and strategic guidance related to transitioning into Private Equity (PE) or Venture Capital (VC). • It does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or networking introductions. • The consultant provides informational coaching only and does not offer investment advice, legal guidance, or financial consulting. • The effectiveness of this service depends on client engagement, effort, and execution of the strategies discussed. 2. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Client Responsibilities • Clients must provide accurate and complete background information to ensure tailored advice. • The client is responsible for following through on action items and networking strategies suggested. • The consultant is not responsible for any missed career opportunities, unsuccessful applications, or lack of industry response to client outreach efforts. 4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property • All discussions and materials shared are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent. • The consultant may provide templates, frameworks, or recommendations that are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold. 5.
