I started my career as a pre-med student working for a Major League baseball team and have been fortunate to have worked at companies like Instagram, Google and Opendoor. Through this journey I've made the difficult transitions not only between wildly different industries but also between business, operational and now product roles. Through my own experiences and helping others with theirs, I've learned tactics on how to navigate these transitions and big career decisions. My hope is by working together we can help identify where you want to go next and ultimately find a way to get you into the company, team and role you want!

About Steven

Hi! I’m a Cleveland Ohio native and currently a Co-Founder at Hedgy (hedgy.works). I've been fortunate enough to have previously worked at Altos Ventures as an EIR and on product teams at Instagram and Opendoor. I started my career as a pre-med student working for a Major League baseball team in a strategy and analytics role before attending business school. Through my own experiences and helping others with theirs, I've learned tactics on how to navigate the business school application process and make career transitions (e.g. moving to a new industry or new functional role you may not feel you have relevant experience for). Why do I coach?

It is extremely energizing to help people get to right place in the right role at the right time (whether that's a new role or getting into a graduate program). You can feel when someone enjoys where they're at and what they're doing. I hope to help as many people as I can find that!
