Why do I coach?

I have always been taught to pay it forward. If it had not been for tutors and coaches growing up, I would not have been fortunate enough to attend the schools I did and work at some of the companies I have been able to land roles at. The business school and tech/consulting markets are highly competitive and if I can help make the Admissions process or Interview process respectively even 1% easier for somebody else, it's more than worth it to me.
