Sreelatha’s MBA Qualifications

Do you want someone to write your essays for you? ✍️❌ Looking for tips on what adcoms want to hear? 🗣️📉 Please move on — I’m not the right coach for you. But... If you believe in the MBA process, want to reflect deeply, understand yourself better, and craft an application that truly represents you — while still being strategic and putting your best foot forward 👠 — you’re in the right place. 🙌 👋 A Little About Me - Consultant. Engineer. Indian. MBA applicant cliché? Yep — that was me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So… how did I stand out? I became a full-blown MBA admissions geek 🤓 — I read every blog, watched every video, networked like crazy, and left no stone unturned. I ended up getting interview invites from every school I applied to and ultimately chose to attend Wharton. 🎓 Let’s be real — an MBA is a $250K+ decision 💸. This deserves thoughtful planning, honest reflection, and a no-BS strategy. And while I’m not a full-time admissions coach, I am someone who’s walked this path recently — and I know exactly what it feels like to question everything. So no, I won’t tell you what to say — but I will help you figure out what you want to say, give you clear, trusted advice, and cheer you on when you're spiraling at 2 AM with an existential crisis and 9 drafts of your essay open 😅. 📞 Coaching Calls I Recommend 1. "Help! Should I apply for an MBA in the next 3-4 years?" 🤔 We’ll talk about your life goals, career trajectory, and whether an MBA fits in — plus things you can start doing now to explore your options. 2. "R1, R2, consultants, part-time, full-time — I’m confused!" 🌀 Let’s go back to basics. We’ll break down what matters, how to structure your timeline, and what works best for your career and energy levels. 3. "Help me pick schools!" 🎯🏫 School selection is both art and science. Let’s talk brand, culture, career outcomes, and your fit. We'll also go over research strategies, how to network with students/alumni, and event planning. 4. "Help me streamline my story" 🧩 Who am I? What do I want to do? Why MBA? Yeah… this one takes work — maybe even a few calls. You’ll get homework, and bonus points if you bring your best friend or partner on the call to pressure test your story 👯‍♀️ 5. "Resume review — the shebang!" 📝🔍 We’ll dive into structure, bullets, impact, formatting, and that subtle line between “business badass” and “overblown buzzword generator.” 6. "TIMELINE!" 🗓️📌 Think of me as your Project Manager. You’re busy, life is chaotic — but MBA apps don’t wait. Let’s make a clear timeline, with checkpoints and accountability, so you don’t end up panic-submitting at 11:58 PM. 7. "Help me strategize recommendations" 🗣️💬 SO important. This can make or break your app. Let’s talk who to ask, how to ask, and how to make sure your recs bring out a different (but aligned) side of your story. 8. "Is everything coherent?" — Final sanity check 🧠💡Your essays, goals, resume, and recs should all sing the same (authentic) tune. Let’s zoom out, do a final review, and tie any loose ends. 9. "Hurray! I got the interview!" — Now what? 🎉🎤 Congrats — but the game’s not over. We’ll do a mini mock, workshop your stories, and tailor your strategy to the school and format (team-based, behavioral, etc). ✨ Want to mix and match? Need something custom? DM me — happy to tailor sessions based on where you are in the process.

About Sreelatha

I’m an Indian engineer turned management consultant, now pursuing my MBA at Wharton. Like many others, I had what some might call a “cookie-cutter” profile — and I constantly wondered how I’d ever stand out. I didn’t come from finance, didn’t have an Ivy League degree, and I wasn’t the loudest voice in the room. But I was curious, reflective, and committed to doing the work. I poured myself into the MBA application process — researching obsessively, networking widely, and rewriting my story until it felt authentic. I received interview invites from every school I applied to and ultimately chose Wharton. At the core of my journey is a deep passion for healthcare. With an undergraduate degree in biotechnology, experience in life sciences consulting, and now an MBA, I’m charting my path to becoming a leader in the healthcare space — whether through finance or operating roles. I’m driven by the opportunity to make systems better, more accessible, and more impactful for the people they serve.

Why do I coach?

Because I was that person — overwhelmed, overthinking, and constantly wondering if I was doing it “right.” I didn’t have a traditional profile, and I doubted myself a lot. What helped me the most were a few mentors and peers who offered honest feedback, encouragement, and clarity when I needed it most. I coach because I know how lonely and confusing this process can feel — whether it’s MBA admissions, GMAT prep, or breaking into a whole new industry. I don’t have all the answers, but I do know how to ask the right questions, give you structure, and help you move forward with confidence. Coaching, for me, is about being that trusted voice in the moments when you’re doubting yours.
