Experience level: Associate
Spencer has helped clients get into these companies:
In the Fall of 2022, I bombed a Google APM Intern interview. I thought it would be my only shot at Big-Tech and that I blew it. Fueled by this failure, I became determined to master the recruitment process and learn how to give myself the best chance possible for landing my dream job. Over the next year, I completed over 100 mock interviews, I networked with recruiters, and created a game plan to set myself up for success the following year. In the process, I learned the hard won secrets of landing highly competitive roles and applied them to myself. In December of 2023, I landed offers from Meta, Microsoft, and JP Morgan. I know how hard it is to recruit for your dream role. It is draining, exhausting, and takes everything you have. Book a call with me, and I'm happy to help YOU build your game plan for success.

About Spencer
Hi! I'm Spencer. I'm a former professional skier and Master's Computer Science Student at Northeastern University. I'm also an incoming RPM at Meta and coach at Leland! You might be wondering, who am I and why should you consider me as your coach? Let me tell you! In the Fall of 2022, I bombed a Google APM Intern interview. I thought it would be my only shot at Big-Tech and that I blew it. Fueled by this failure, I became determined to become the best interviewer I could be. If I ever got another shot at one of my dream companies, I wanted to make sure I was as prepared as possible and give it my best chance. Over the next year, I took multiple product management interview prep courses (Exponent, Product Alliance, Diego G.) and completed over 100 mock interviews. I networked with product managers, recruiters, and executives and created a game plan to set myself up for success the following year. I did everything I could to make myself the best candidate I could be. In the process, I learned the hard won secrets of landing highly competitive roles and applied them to myself. In December of 2023, I landed an offer to Meta's Rotational Product Management Program in one of the most competitive cycles ever. I also received PM offers to Microsoft and JP Morgan. Having figured it out... I want to pass my lessons and experiences on to fellow dreamers. I know how hard it is to recruit for your dream role. It is draining, exhausting, and takes everything you have. But if you believe in yourself and want it bad enough, I can help you get there. Book a call with me, and I'm happy to help YOU build your game plan for success.
Why do I coach?
Coaching is a way for me to give back. I have been incredibly fortunate to have many mentors and coaches in my life who have helped guide me along my way. My coaches have brought out the best in me, and believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself. I wouldn't be where I am without them. I know the value of developing a personal relationship where the best is brought out in you. I don't see my coaching as a means to an end, I see it as a mission to make my clients the best they can be.
