Neurodivergent coach ready to help self-advocate & unmask in the workplace

I am an autistic self-advocate and have first-hand experience with the pains of masking in the workplace. It's exhausting, right? Maybe you've known about your neurodiversity for a long time, or you got a formal diagnosis recently, or perhaps you've self-diagnosed yourself. One thing is true: It can be challenging to know how to advocate for yourself and get what you need in the workplace. I've been there and done that with companies big and small: Working with my managers to explain my needs, educate my team on my neurodiversity, and level up entire organizations about how to be more inclusive and equitable for neurodivergent folks. This can seem like a daunting task when people don't know the first thing about you. The good news is that I've got your back and can help take a telescope into your brain to figure out what's going on. What's going to make you successful? What's not working? And how can you articulate this to people at your job so they can have your back too? Let's work together on how to make you a kickass self-advocate!
