Why do I coach?

My journey into consulting wasn't straightforward. Coming from a non-target school, I had to navigate the complex world of consulting recruitment largely on my own. Initially, I felt lost and overwhelmed. However, I discovered a powerful strategy: creating my own network of mentors from professionals. This approach not only opened doors but also surrounded me with brilliant minds I could learn from. I coach because I want to be the guide I wish I had when I started. I understand the unique struggles of students recruiting for consulting, and I'm committed to sharing the strategies that worked for me. My coaching focuses on two critical areas where I've developed expertise: networking strategy and case interviewing. I believe these skills are fundamental to breaking into consulting, regardless of your background. Through my coaching, I aim to level the playing field. I want to empower bright, ambitious students who are in the same position I once was, giving them the tools and confidence to succeed in the competitive world of management consulting.
