My coaching expertise is drawn from over 20 years of combined experience as a Career Counselor, Human Resources Manager, and Licensed Social Worker. I have empowered hundreds of people to increase their opportunities for professional advancement within all industries across corporate and non-profit sectors. My coaching style is holistic and customized, and includes strategy development, networking, resume writing, interview preparation, and supportive counseling. Why do I coach?
As a social worker, assisting others to make positive changes in their lives is what brings me joy. What better way is there to do this than helping people find fulfilling and lucrative employment?
