Ryan has helped clients get into these companies:
Experienced leader in healthcare administration. Spent four years as an Executive Director with the Ensign Group, the largest and most profitable long-term care company. Successfully grew census in each facility and helped with new acquisitions. Facility EBIT averaged 1.5 million and improved CMS star rating at each facility. Through connections from that job, was promoted to a Vice President role with a smaller company. Since joining Cross Healthcare, have helped lead four new acquisitions that are all profitable and successful. Census has grown over 25% since acquisition and net income has improved from negative before acquisitions to successful facilities. I have experience in training executives in long-term care and helping them grow their career, be more efficient, free up their time and multiply those around them.

About Ryan
I grew up in Cleveland Ohio and from a young age new that I wanted to attend Brigham Young University but did not know what I wanted to study. As I got to Brigham Young I took my generals and struggled with knowing what I wanted to do. I ended up getting a degree in International Relations and had an internship in school in project management at Intermountain Healthcare. This led to a full time job where I started my career for two years. After that I took a leap of faith and moved to Texas to be and administrator in training at Ensign Services. After three months I took on an acquisition where we had a five star survey, led through COVID, and achieved our financial goal two years in a row. From there I was promoted to Golden Acres, one of the largest facilities affiliated with Ensign Services in Texas. I was there for 18 months before being approached for a Vice President of Operations role, where I am currently at. Throughout my time I have been responsible for overseeing our administrator in training program in Dallas, and have completed 1000s of interviews for different positions. This experience has helped me realize how candidates, especially those who are younger or with less experience, can stand out from the rest. That is where my goal to coach and give back generated from. On a personal note, I am the father of five beautiful children and have been married to my wonderful wife for nine blessed years! I love to run and have completed sixteen marathons including racing twice in the Boston Marathon. I completed my first Ironman triathlon in 2024 as well. I love to ski, hike, and be outdoors. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you and further assist you in your career aspirations!
Why do I coach?
I coach to give back and to develop more quality leaders in healthcare. The healthcare industry has a lack of training and orientation for new executive and administrators and my goal is to help bridge that gap. I specialize in healthcare financials, cost management, census development and marketing, clinical compliance, and developing level 5 leaders and teams. My goal it to help clients improve their confidence and knowledge to break through as leaders in healthcare.
