I have worked in the mentorship space since college. I still advise students on how to get into their top undergraduate programs - specifically those that are international students. The application process for international students is much more difficult in both undergrad and professional school. To make matters worse, there is not much information available to students to navigate this complicated journey. This is where I come in. I can speak from personal experience and aid students - international or not - on how to navigate a difficult admissions process to get into the school you want to get into.

About Rubee
I am a member of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine class of 2023. I became interested in dentistry during my sophomore year at UMass Amherst - at which time I began shadowing and gaining experiences to apply to dental school. My journey was heavily complicated by the fact that my residency status remained international, as I am a Canadian citizen. Thankfully, I was able to finish my application cycle with 10 interviews and 10 acceptances. I decided to attend Harvard due to the small class size, integration of oral and systemic health and the location. Currently, I work in a private practice as a general dentist!
Why do I coach?
I have coached and mentored students since high school and It truly brings me joy to help others achieve their goals. I did not have a coach to lean on during my process, which made it all the more nerve racking and scary. I want to be the person for others that I did not have, and this is what drives me to be a dedicated and committed coach for my mentees. My coaching style is very personalized to what my clients need. I prefer a hybrid method that involves virtual meetings along with independent working time to help you reach your goals, but if you want someone who only talks to you over text or someone who only talks to you over zoom - I'm flexible! Let's figure out what works for us.
