I’ve spent much of my life working with youth—whether through years of tutoring, babysitting, mentoring, or guiding students through the college admissions process. I have a natural ability to connect with students on a deeper level, listening carefully to understand their goals, experiences, and values to help them move forward with clarity and confidence. From identifying the best-fit schools to brainstorming personal essay topics, I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to help students tell their unique stories and navigate the process successfully. Over the years, I’ve supported high school juniors and seniors through every step of the application journey—from school selection and application strategy to essay development and final decision-making. I take pride in creating a positive, supportive experience that helps students feel heard, empowered, and excited about their next chapter.

About Rosie
Hi! I’m Rosie Mangiarotti, the founder of Perkies, a mission-driven brand that started as a class project at Brown University and has since grown into a recognized name in both fashion and health. I’ve spent the past seven years fully immersed in the entrepreneurial journey—taking Perkies from concept to national retail distribution, securing a patent, and expanding our product line from a retail brand to a mission-driven brand serving women impacted by breast cancer. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best. From my time at Brown University to being selected for the UCLA Venture Accelerator, I’ve surrounded myself with mentors, coaches, and advisors who have helped shape me into the founder I am today. I’ve spent these years as a sponge—soaking up lessons from experienced operators, investors, and fellow founders. At the same time, I’ve made it a priority to pay it forward. I’ve mentored aspiring founders, supported young professionals navigating their careers, and worked closely with students to help them grow and achieve their goals. Coaching matters to me because I know firsthand how transformational the right guidance can be. Why do I coach?
Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to have coaches, teachers, advisors, and mentors who’ve guided me through school, sports, and my career. Their impact shaped not only my success but who I am today. After graduating from Brown, I felt called to pay it forward. Over the last seven years, I’ve mentored founders, supported young professionals navigating their careers, and worked closely with students to help them grow and reach their goals. Whether through advising, tutoring, and mentoring, I’ve seen the power of showing up for someone’s growth. As a beneficiary of great coaching myself, I know how transformational it can be—and I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
