Rohan has helped clients get into these companies:
I have a lot of empathy for those charting out at the beginning of their career journeys. A fulfilling career isn't one size fits all and many people (including my earlier self) don't spend enough time doing the work to understand what energizes them. Crafting a fulfilling career (and ultimately life) takes intentional work with daily practice and I get a lot of personal satisfaction from helping clients put in place systems that help them make 1% improvements in this category every day.
Rohan can help with:
Interview Prep
Skill Building
Career Planning
Professional Networking
Resume Review
Personal Branding
Networking Strategy
Salary Negotiation
Job Search Strategies

About Rohan
I'm an MBA student at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to school, I was at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. At McKinsey, I had the opportunity to serve as Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Partner (our version of a CEO) for two years. I was also able to do an externship for one year at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on their US K-12 Education Team. Over the years, I've coached dozens of candidates to jobs in consulting as well as top MBA programs. I spent time as a McKinsey Faculty Member training hundreds of our newest analysts and was interview trained and administered dozens of first-round interviews on behalf of the company.
Why do I coach?
I know how stressful and lonely it can be at times to be a college student or young professional figuring out what you want to make of your life. I've benefited greatly from having coaches in my corner in the past and have seen the way coaching has changed my life for the better. Professional athletes have coaches, CEOs have coaches, so why shouldn't you have a coach?
