Rebecca has helped clients get into these companies:
I specialize in helping ambitious professionals navigate their careers by aligning their purpose and values with their professional goals. My performance coaching approach is designed to empower clients to understand the systems they operate within, identify how these systems should ideally function, and develop strategies to navigate them effectively. As an International Coaching Federation certified coach with training from the Life Purpose Institute, Co-Active, Designing Your Life, and NYU, I've guided entrepreneurs and employees from leading organizations like McKinsey, Apple, Meta, Deloitte, and Disney toward achieving career clarity and meaningful growth. During my time at Google, I held both Program Manager and Manager roles, where I specialized in designing equitable people systems within Google's People Operations team. I focused on performance management and promotion, using data, insights, and research to shape equitable systems and strategies. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how corporate structures operate—and how they sometimes differ from the unspoken rules that guide career progression. As a coach, I leverage this knowledge to help clients identify those unspoken rules and create a clear, actionable plan to advance within their organizations. I understand the nuances of corporate dynamics and guide my clients in navigating change, overcoming obstacles like perfectionism and overthinking, and positioning themselves for long-term success. Whether you’re looking to advance within your current role or reposition yourself for new opportunities, I’ll help you find a strategic path to reach your goals with confidence.

Why do I coach?
When I became the primary caregiver for my mom and brother with disabilities, I faced a moment where I had to honestly assess what was most important to me and what I truly valued—in both my career and life. During that time, working with a coach helped me clarify my values and goals and design a plan that aligned with them. It also introduced me to the world of coaching. While I received plenty of advice from loved ones, what I needed was space to sort through the complex challenges I was facing across my personal and professional life. A space where I could find my own unique solution that actually reflected me, my values, and my goals. This clarity not only accelerated my career but also allowed me to design a life that aligns with my values and priorities.
