Package Description:

This package is a series of five sessions to help you be prepared and armed with the tools for success as you pursue a strategy role within companies raning from startups to public (I've worked at and assisted candidates with both!). I have conducted several interview processes while in my roles in strategy and operations. With this package, I’ll coach you through each step prior to submitting your application and guide you through what to do when you get interviews. I know the process is overwhelming, so together we will tackle the most crucial elements and get you set up for success. Here’s what we’ll cover: - Networking Strategy: I will teach you how to search for strategy, Go-to-market, growth strategy, and tech strategy jobs and provide you with tried-and-true networking strategies to connect with hiring managers + recruiters. - As part of this, I will send you a template I have curated for cold outreach and we will discuss strategies for how to discuss how you previous roles fit into the area you would like to be hired in. - Resume Review: We will overhaul your resume, focusing on how to tailor your skills and experiences to the roles you'd like to pursue. For up to 3 review cycles, I will help you refine your resume and ensure you shine as a candidate. We will do a deep dive into your resume through live reviews and async comments. - LinkedIn Review: I’ll provide a comprehensive review and edit of your LI profile, and provide you with suggestions for improvement. We’ll also discuss how to optimize your profile for recruiting. This includes up to three rounds of feedback. - Interview Prep: We will discuss behavioral and technical questions to expect, interview tips, how to speak about your experiences, and how to approaches case studies/take home assignments **What will clients take away from this package?** - A plan for networking to ensure you are connected to the right individuals who can help you along the process - A resume you feel confident submitting, with actionable next steps to fill experience gaps - A fully-edited LinkedIn page that is optimized for discoverability and tailored for what hiring managers are looking for - A deep understanding of the interview process, strategies to stand out, and extremely targeted practice - An increased level of confidence, knowing you’ve simulated and nailed the actual process you will experience on interview day, and have the tools to succeed - Practice Interview Sessions including 10 commonly asked behavioral questions and 10 commonly asked technical questions
