Why do I coach?

I was only able to pursue this path that I love because of amazing mentors and supporters who lifted me up and gave me the platform to excel. I also recognize that everyone has their own path. I come from a non-traditional background. I started out at Morgan Stanley in Equity S&T, having never taken a finance class in my life. My goal is to take the very difficult to break into works for Sales and Trading, Equity Research, Strategy, and Corporate Development - each of which I have personally broken into, and help support anyone who wants to pursue any of these paths.
