Randy has helped clients get into these companies:
Having been vetted by top leadership over all US Special Operations, I had the privilege to become a mentor to SOF Operators preparing to transition to post-military careers. These Operators are the top 1% or less of the US military and are entrusted with our nation's highest priorities. Having served their country, they are introduced to coaches who can help them be as successful in their next phase of life as they were in their military careers. But finding a new place in the world can be challenging. Many veterans face the challenge of finding all-new careers and determining their course -- whether it be grad school, gov't contracting, or corporate careers. Veterans also face preconceptions and ignorance of what they do. They must learn how to translate their military experience into "civilian speak", convey their transferrable skills, and position themselves against candidates who have equal years of experience but in the corporate sector. I have helped dozens of veterans to do each of these and achieve their goals. If you are seeking to define or pursue your post-military career, I can help you to navigate a successful course.

About Randy
With over 20 years of experience leading marketing strategy for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 global giants, I’ve worked with some of the most respected brands in the world like Amazon, Apple, AT&T, Google, Microsoft, P&G, Samsung, Target, and many more. I've worked across a range of domains including Tech, Retail, Consumer Products, Fashion & Apparel, CPG, Entertainment, Medical, Manufacturing, and Government. I am also a career mentor for US Special Operators who are transitioning from military to civilian careers. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or at a senior stage, seeking to start a company or manage a global business unit, I can help you to plan your course, pursue your dreams, and achieve your life goals.
Why do I coach?
Over the past two decades, I’ve been mentored by dozens of executive recruiters and leaders. Their insight and advice illuminated paths I didn't understand, shaped my approach, and helped to open doors that never would have opened otherwise. They helped me to get opportunities with some of the best companies in the world. I could not have achieved what I did in my career and life without them. One of the greatest coaches, Tony Robbins, said it best -- “the fastest and most effective way to achieve your goals in anything is to learn from people who are excellent mentors." For the past 15 years, I have been sharing what I discovered in the trenches. It's how I give back. I've always loved mentoring, and it's thrilling for me to see people who I've coached achieve their dreams! I keep in touch with people through their lives. To me, it's a privilege to be a part of the journey.
