About Rachel
Hi everyone! I'm a recent UCLA Anderson grad. When applying to MBA programs, I applied to three schools and earned two full-tuition scholarships. This process wasn't always smooth sailing -- as someone with an edtech startup background, I had a lot of responsibility but had difficulty quantifying my accomplishments on my resume. I also worked in organizations where I often did not have a direct manager, and needed to do some digging to identify who my best recommenders would be. If you wore many hats in your past work experiences, or if you need help clarifying who to ask for recommendations, I can help you talk through your greatest accomplishments and also which colleagues can serve as your best advocates. Some successes with past applicants I’ve worked with: - MBA admits to UCLA Anderson and Johns Hopkins Carey (MPH and MBA dual degree) - Master’s degree admit to the University of Tokyo - Undergrad admits to Johns Hopkins, UC Berkeley, USC, and others - Various full-tuition scholarships, including some that were awarded to less than 1% of applicants Coaching others brings me a lot of joy. Feel free to reach out if you would like to work together!
