Shared Agreements Starter Kit: A co-created set of 3–5 team commitments that guide communication, feedback, and collaboration moving forward.

Clarity Summary (1-page): A distilled snapshot of the team’s core strengths, friction points, and agreed-upon focus areas—written in clear, human language.
