Why do I coach?

My passion is coaching entrepreneurial leaders who are scaling themselves and their organizations. If you’re starting a business or already a leader in a fast-paced environment where you’re challenged with bringing order out of chaos and building processes for scaling teams, I would love to be your advisor and coach. I started my first business of baseball coaching 20 years ago. Since then, I’ve continued mentoring, coaching, and advising anyone eager to learn. I led units from 4 to 124, including spending almost a year in remote Afghanistan. There I advised senior leadership of a 5,000-person Afghan unit on logistical and medical operations. In bringing my remotely-deployed unit back from the front lines, I planned and led logistical relocation of 30 personnel and $4 million of equipment over 75 miles in hostile territory with full accountability and security, an operation for which I was awarded a medal.
